Create an AI-driven chatbot for my SaaS platform’s onboarding process that enables new users to get started right away. By assisting users with account setup, outlining important features according to their objectives, and promoting significant product interaction, the chatbot should offer a customized onboarding experience.

Add the following features:

• Give a warm, customized welcome to new users.
• To learn about the user’s role, objectives, and use case, ask onboarding questions.
• Give detailed instructions for initial setup and account configuration.
• Based on user demands, introduce essential features in a logical order.
• When appropriate, initiate interactive product lessons, tooltips, or walkthroughs.
• Identify obstacles to onboarding and provide proactive support.
• Urge users to fulfill milestones related to activation.
• After initial implementation, suggest further features, integrations, or best practices.
• Provide backup answers for frequently asked questions and assist with handoffs as necessary.

For my SaaS product, the chatbot’s objectives are to boost user activation, shorten time-to-value, and enhance long-term client retention.
